At GentsEyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames. If your new eyewear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days of receipt.
